Intermittent "Could not reauthenticate user" errors when using Controller

Troubleshooting


Problem

User intermittently receives errors when using Controller. The errors can appear when using any part of the Controller functionality, but will most likely occur when the end user has returned to the system after a period of idleness (e.g. after returning from lunch).

Symptom

The error will vary slightly (depending on what function the Controller user was trying to access at the time) but they will include the following text:


Could not reauthenticate user
