Intermittent CAM-AAA-0071 errors

Troubleshooting


Problem

The following errors may be thrown intermittently in Content Manager at times when the host system appears to be running out of memory.

Symptom

The following is one possible set of error messages that may arise.

ERROR on screen:
CAM-AAA-0071 An internal error occurred.

ERROR from cogserver.log:
CAM-AAA-0071 An internal error occurred.
CM-SYS-5010 An internal error occurred in the Content Manager cache.
CM-SYS-5027 A Content Manager internal error occurred while querying the content store cache.
CM-ADM-4012 During consistency check, an error occurred while validating the search path (CAMID("default:u:authid=xxxxxxxxxx")) in external namespace.
