Integrity Checker errors after installing Maximo for Utilities 7.5.0.1

Problem

After installing Maximo for Utilities 7.5.0.1, if you run Integrity Checker you may see these errors reported: BMXAA0443E -- Error - BMXAA0497E -- The following columns are defined to be 'same-as', but have different definitions: LBSCREWVIEW.AMCREWID BIGINT same as AMCREW.AMCREWID INTEGER BMXAA0443E -- Error - BMXAA0497E -- The following columns are defined to be 'same-as', but have different definitions: SKDEXTRACAPCREWVIEW.AMCREWID BIGINT same as AMCREW.AMCREWID INTEGER

Symptom

Columns LBSCREWVIEW.AMCREWID and SKDEXTRACAPCREWVIEW.AMCREWID are defined in Maximo to be the "same as" column AMCREW.AMCREWID. "Same as" means that the columns must be the same data type, length, and scale. In this case, columns LBSCREWVIEW.AMCREWID and SKDEXTRACAPCREWVIEW.AMCREWID are maximo datatype BIGINT, but column AMCREW.AMCREWID is Maximo datatype INTEGER.

Further, the Maximo definition of column AMCREW.AMCREWID is not valid, as depicted in the Warning message in the same Integrity Checker report:
BMXAA0442W -- Warning - BMXAA7113W -- The value defined for the length of this column is invalid. Go to the Database Configuration application and correct the discrepancy.
