Troubleshooting
Problem
When users install features using installUtility with server.xml, the auto features will not be installed when one of the enabling features has already installed from the server.xml. The application requires the missing auto features will be affected.
e.g. Install feature cdi-1.2 using installUtility with server.xml, then add feature jsf-2.2 to server.xml and run installUtility to install the feature jsf-2.2 with server.xml. The auto feature com.ibm.websphere.appserver.cdi1.2-jsf2.2 should be also installed when feature cdi-1.2 and jsf-2.2 are installed but it is not the case in Liberty version 19.0.0.10 and 19.0.0.11.
