Unable to install Xcelerator on a Client Machine
Symptom
It fails with a error message:
Failure:
Files from a previous installation of IBM Cognos Express Xcelerator Client have been detected on the system. Please contact Customer Support for assistance in removing these files before proceeding with the installation.
