Installing Tivoli Service Request Manager

Tivoli? Service Request Manager? canoptionally be used with the IBM? Intelligent Operations Center to manage incidents.

Tivoli Service Request Manager is providedwith the IBM Intelligent Operations Center mediapackage. It is not installed by the IBM Intelligent Operations Center deployment wizard.

Restriction: The version of Tivoli Service Request Manager provided with the IBM Intelligent Operations Center package can be usedonly with the IBM Intelligent Operations Center.It cannot be used stand-alone or with any other applications.

For system requirements and installation instructions for Tivoli Service Request Manager see the Tivoli Service Request Manager information center. Tivoli Service Request Manager should be installedon a separate server from the IBM Intelligent Operations Center servers.
