Problem
Attempts to install IBM Rational Synergy results in "unhandled exception error 0x80040707".
Symptom
When you run the IBM Rational Synergy installation program the following dialog is displayed:
The full error message is as follows:
Unhandled Exception
Error Number: 0x80040707
Description: DLL function call crashed:
ccmsupnt.SupNT_AddSupportDirToPath
Setup will now terminate.
