Summary
Once a signed cert has been put in place as the UI cert in GKLM, the CA cert must be imported into the browser being used to access GKLM for that browser to indicate that the connection is secure. The steps shown here are specifically for one firefox version and are meant to be used as a guide. In general, you should be able to get the correct steps to do this on your browser by searching the Internet for "How to install a CA cert into Firefox", replacing Firefox with the name of your browser.
