Troubleshooting
Problem
If you install IBM Rational Software Architect Designer Design Room ONE (DR ONE) v2.3 2023.36 on a machine without an internet connection, and you deploy the server with the command node deploy-dr.js, the following error occurs: Create pm2 link failed: Error: Command failed: npm link pm2.
Symptom
The complete error output is as follows:
