Problem
The following error occurs when starting IBM® Rational® Administrator: Initialization failed, administrator exiting. In addition, the following error may occur when starting IBM® Rational® TestManager: Test Datastore Error -0
Cause
The installation did not complete or it did not succeed.
Resolving The Problem
The user may not have restarted the computer so that the installation did not complete. If so, restart the computer and log on as the person who installed the software.
Alternatively, perform a complete uninstall and re-install.
