Troubleshooting
Problem
When you are creating a new InfoSphere CDC instance, you can get the following error: Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.net.BindException: The socket name is not available on this system.
Symptom
When creating a new instance, InfoSphere CDC needs to access localhost to create the socket. If the localhost is not resolving to 127.0.0.1 it will fail
