Problem

Incorrect side-by-side configuration is caused by a missing assembly.? The Data Collector does not collect any data.

Solution

To address the problem follow the steps below:
  1. Install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistributable x86 package available at http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=29
  2. Install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistributable x64 package available at http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=15336
  3. Reboot the Tealeaf Reporting server.

An assembly pointing to the Microsoft.VC90.CRT 9.0.21022.8 is missing.? This version refers to the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistributable package.
