Problem
IBM Personal Communications provides 32-bit Automation Object APIs and these may not work when called from 64-bit Microsoft Office programs.
Symptom
IBM Personal Communications Automation Objects when called from 64-bit Microsoft Office programs, may report the following error:
Run time error 429 - ActiveX component can't create object
