Problem
You and your team notice one or more of the following problems:
Through user complaints or monitoring software results and metrics, multiple components of the TRIRIGA application platform are deemed to be “slow”. Reports, (custom or out-of-the-box (OOB), are taking more time to execute and return results.
The advice below will not only help to resolve many performance problems up front but will also ensure that data needed by product support is already gathered and ready to be analyzed further.
NOTE: All examples of monitoring software and methodologies below are just that: examples. Each environment is unique and that must be considered when you triage performance anomalies.
