Problem

Product Version: Impromptu 7.0 Build: (554.6-0) Platform: 2000 Professional Description: When you open a report in Impromptu and select File->Save As and then choose PDF Format from the 'Save as type:' drop-down list and click Save you get the following error: 'ImpAdmin.exe - Application Error' The exception unknown software exception (0xe06d7363) occurred in the application at location 0x77f1d479. Press OK and you get this error: 'ImpAdmin.exe - Application Error' The instruction at "0x5f401351" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the application. Solution: You will see this error if there is an incompatibility with a printer driver or if the driver has become corrupted. You can change the default printer driver to Generic text only or delete and reinstall the default printer driver.
