The user may not be able to log in to the Integrated Management Module (IMM) Web page. The following pop-up error occurs:

Affected configurations
The system may be any of the following IBM servers:
- System x3550 M2, type 7946, any model
- System x3550 M3, type 4254, any model
- System x3550 M3, type 7944, any model
- System x3650 M2, type 7947, any model
- System x3650 M3, type 4255, any model
- System x3650 M3, type 7945, any model
The system is configured with one or more of the following IBM Options:
- Integrated Management Module (IMM), any component
This tip is not software specific.
- The version 48D firmware for the IMM is affected.
Solution
No fix resolution has been determined for this issue.
Workaround
Reset the IMM using one of the other User Interfaces, such as Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), Telnet, SSH, or Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI).
Additional information
The root cause of this issue is currently unknown. Restarting the IMM causes a new copy of the IMM's Web server to be created, allowing users to log in.
