Problem
When trying to access Cognos 11 through gateway URI, sign-on page pops up after entering credentials and even after authentication the signon page reappears. Testing the authentication via dispatcher URL works

Accessing Cognos 11 through windows gateway, the sign-on page
pops up after entering credentials and keeps reappearing.
