"IIS not found" error while installing IBM FileNet IDM 4.0.3 on IIS 10 installed systems

Problem

While installing IBM FileNet IDM 4.0.3 GA or a fix pack version on IIS 10 installed system, the following error is displayed: "Please install IIS before proceeding with the installation."
