Troubleshooting
Problem
After you move the PostgreSQL data base on a Network File System and you change the admin and user passwords, you can no longer log into the member nodes of the Identity Governance and Intelligence cluster.
Symptom
The following symptoms are found:
- You can log into the primary node but not into the secondary and member nodes
- The Cluster Status widget shows the status as Not available on the Virtual appliance dashboard of every node
- On the primary node the following event is triggered: "GLGSY0001E The configuration component has failed to apply a configuration change. A reboot is required."
- On the primary node the following error is recorded in the server system out log: "Error occurred while updating IB password reset."
- On member nodes the following exception is issued:
00000034 com.ibm.identity.utils.Database_Utils E JDBC Connection failed with exception : FATAL: password authentication failed for user "itimuser"
