ICM logging: Setting the library server log trace level, file name, and location

Question

How do I turn on or set the trace level for the library server (LS) stored procedure (SP) log? If I encounter an error, how can I provide obtain more information from the LS SP log? Where is the LS SP log located? How do I modify the name and location of the LS SP log?
