Problem
When trying to apply governance to an object in IBM WebSphere Service Registry and Repository (WSRR), such as a WSDL file describing a web service, the application fails when you click the Govern button and returns an Error 500: SRVE0295E error. You see this error in the WSRR application in the IBM Defense Operations Platform.
