As of WebSphere 8.5.5.14, Java 8 is the default SDK included in the product. The install option for installing an additional Java 8 SDK with the product using IBM WebSphere SDK, Java Technology Edition, Version 8.0 extension offering is no longer needed, and this extension offering is deprecated and the service will end after February 2021.
