Problem
IBM Transformation Extender Database Interface Designer fails with "Cannot open <filename>.mdq" error when opening a file created in a previous version when the specified Platform is no longer supported in the current version.
Symptom
Opening an IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) mdq file in a newer version of ITX Database Interface Designer (DID) than the mdq was originally created with may generate a "Cannot open <filename>.mdq" file error if the defined Platform is no longer supported.
