When IBM Stewardship Center users try to create more than ten suspected duplicate tasks at one time using the Physical MDM Search Suspected Duplicates dashboard, there is a potential for slow performance. In some cases, the interface continues to display the loading screen for a long time, even when the tasks have already been created in the background. If you restart the process or open the Work dashboard, you can see the latest tasks that have been created.
This issue occurs due to a limitation in the IBM Business Process Manager task list widget. The widget uses an API that does not return the correct task list in the same session. This is the reason that the task list displays correctly after you restart the process or navigate to the Work dashboard.
Resolving The Problem
To work around this issue and to determine which suspected duplicate tasks have been created, restart the process or navigate to the Work dashboard.
