  • Validation Services

    Validation services provide for the validationof signed invoices and include checking for duplicate invoices. Validationservices can be purchased by a Buyer or by Suppliers on behalf oftheir buyers.

  • Archive Services

    Archive services allow Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork toarchive data on behalf of the buyer or supplier for extended periodsof time up to 11 years. Data retention requirements for e-invoicesvary by country.

  • Audit Services including audit/re-validation services performedby an auditor

    Audit services provide for the re-validation of ane-invoice by your company staff or by a tax auditor. Audit servicesare included as part of archive services.

Acceptable Connection Protocols

IBM customers are requiredto connect to Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork usingcommunications protocols that ensure the integrity and authenticityof the supplier's invoice data ("first mile security and last milesecurity"). The supported protocols are:
