Problem
PIT restore of the IBM Spectrum Protect database can fail with the following error:
ANR2970E Database rollforward terminated - Db2 sqlcode -1218 sqlerrmc

Symptom
The "dsmserv restore db" command fails with the following error:

The db2diag.x.log file shows the following error:
