Problem

Windows client GUI ( dsm,exe ) may fail to start with application error (0xc000007b)

Symptom

When running client GUI dsm.exe, it may fail to start and pop-up window will show the

following error:

dsm.exe - application error


The application failed to start properly
(0xc000007b).Click OK to close the application.
