We are reaching out to communicate on a few key Support topics that enhance your experience with IBM Support.

IBM’s support guide recently underwent a significant overhaul aimed at elevating the user experience. Key enhancements include a streamlined layout that simplifies access to critical information, additional self-help content, a product Life cycle overview, additional support offerings including advanced options, and a step-by-step process to follow when you need additional focus on your support cases.

IBM Support and Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) leverage generative AI using IBM watsonx to provide an improved customer experience. 

IBM Concert helps us understand the root causes of operational challenges using gen AI driven insights. It provides proactive security vulnerability (CVE) mitigation, software composition analysis, automated certificate health notifications, supply chain risk management, and other useful capabilities. If you are interested in learning more about how IBM Concert can help address these challenges, please let us know.
