The following features are exclusive to the IBM Software Support app:
- Dashboard. Provides you with key information about open support cases for your organization, such as number of cases, case severity, and escalations.
- Support Cases. A list with all your open support cases in your organization.
- You can filter the cases by severity, escalation, and product.
- By selecting any of the cases, you can see detailed information including the latest updates.
- Case Creation Feature. A simplified experience for opening a new support case on the go.
- Update and Close Case Feature. Updating and closing a support case is now easier than ever.
- Escalation Feature. If your company is not getting the right support, you can easily escalate by clicking the escalation button, alerts will be triggered and we will contact you shortly.
