Troubleshooting
Problem
Aggregation processes such as Data Archive and System backup to TSM are failing after an upgrade v10.6.
Aggregation/Archive debug log shows error "Copying file - Failed. The file will be resent on the next run"
Symptom
Aggregation / Archive Debug log shows the following :

guard_filetransfer_log from the agg_issues must_gather diagnostics shows the following errors :
guard_filetransfer.pl: get transfer method = TSM

guard_filetransfer.pl: ANS1593E Cannot open the key database.
guard_filetransfer.pl: get transfer method = TSM
