Troubleshooting
Problem
After installation of a satellite connector agent, the windows service starts successfully but a tunnel cannot be established.
Symptom
In the connector-agent-<year>-<month>-<day>.0.log located at <connector agent installation location/logs>, the follow error is captured:
FATAL (agent_tunnel): Failed to get configuration from API, will retry in 120 seconds
