Notes:
- The whitespaces and linefeeds are added to the guide for readability with any printed JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) request and response example. The actual request and responses of the IBM Safer Payments API may not have these for reasons of efficiency.
- Most element's Unique Identifier (UID) can be displayed in the IBM Safer Payments client after "Show UIDs" is enabled in "My Account".
