Abstract
IBM is introducing a new Support Community to replace the IBM Service Request Tool. IBM Rational Licensing software products and offerings will be migrated to this new site on July 27, 2019.

This new site will allow for:
- Improved product selection
- Simplified search
- Greater visibility into the status of your case

(Remember, you won't be able to open a case until after the IBM Rational Licensing software products and offerings have migrated on July 27, 2019)
What will happen:
- Migration will occur over one weekend
- Existing SR IDs will automatically be moved to the new Support Community
- Existing SRs/PMRs will be converted to Cases
What to do:

- Review any Automation or Process you have for sending in Documentation to IBM
- PMR Numbers change to CASE numbers in the format TS123456789
