Troubleshooting
Problem
The following issues occur using Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 with IBM OpenPages with Watson 8.2 in the Task Focused UI
- User Provisioning: The User/Group name does not display completely under Group Membership section, the Allowed Profiles selection is partially truncated, clicking Cancel on a change to the Allowed Profiles does not take effect.
- Creating/Editing Dashboard panels: The positioning of X to clear fields is misaligned and the flyover panel shading is missing.
- Manage Watson Assistant: The layout of the Assistant Profiles field is misaligned including the X to clear items.
- Custom Security: The X to clear items in the Access Control flyover and the Inherited ACL field is misaligned.
The following additional issues occur using Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 with IBM OpenPages with Watson 8.2.02 in the Task Focused UI
- Workflow Stage Due Date reminder description field may overlap other fields if the description is very long.
- Clicking on the (i) information icon may either cause an error or may not be clickable.

Resolving The Problem
Most of these issues are cosmetic only.
In User Provisioning, if you change the Allowed Profiles and then press Cancel, the Cancel does not take effect. Instead, change to your original Allowed Profiles settings and press Save.
Alternatively you can use one of the fully supported browsers including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge Chromium or Apple Safari (Task Focused UI only).
