IBMid Single Sign-On User Authentication Process
Answer
- User Opens MRO IO (IBM Cloud Application) and will authenticate using IBMid which will be their organization's email address
- A lookup is made in background whether the email address/domain is associated with the user's organization
- The user is then redirected to their organization's sign in experience
- After successful authentication, an SAML assertion is returned to IBMid and after validation, the user is redirected to the MRO IO application
