Why a client admin or admin is not able to delete user?
Answer
When a user has login history within MRO IO, client admin or admin cannot delete that user. MRO IO is designed to keep the history of a user if they have performed any tasks in the application so, a user with login history cannot be deleted.
It is recommended to deactivate unused accounts instead so that user's history can be maintained.
A user can only be deleted if they have not logged in to MRO IO ever.
