Add 'Notes' using Bulk Edit from File
Steps
'Notes' is an editable field.
To add notes using Bulk Edit from File, user would need to add field 'Notes' in the file along with the other required fields.
Note:
- Workflow Notes is a 'Read Only' field and can't be edited using Bulk Edit from File
- It is not mandatory to provide business keys in the file, but the system will still use them to match an existing record. Any missing business keys are treated as an empty value. An entry in the file must match only one existing record in the system, otherwise it is ignored completely.
