Abstract

IBM MobileFirst will EOS on September 30th, 2025. There will be no renewals after this date, however, customers are encouraged to pursue Persistent Systems', an IBM Platinum Business partner, licensed offering.

As a valued IBM customer, we would like to inform you that we have partnered with Persistent Systems, an IBM Platinum Business partner, which is now fully licensed to provide long-term service, support, and roadmap development for your IBM MobileFirst Platform Foundation appliances. IBM will continue to provide support for MobileFirst until September 30th, 2025. Contracts can be renewed until the 2025 end of support date. There will be no renewals after this date, however, customers are encouraged to pursue Persistent's licensed offering.
  • Persistent is a global Digital Engineering solutions provider and has been an engineering partner with IBM for over two decades.
  • The licensed Persistent offering, which is available directly from Persistent, provides engineers to service and support the MobileFirst Platform Foundation applications.
  • Customers need to work with Persistent directly for support beyond September 2025. The Persistent point of contacts are YokHan Lim (limyh@persistent.com) and Suhas Jagtap (suhas_jagtap@persistent.com)
  • MobileFirst Platform Foundation customers such as yourself can benefit from a support lifecycle from Persistent as you continue building, managing, and updating your mobile applications.
