Abstract
On 25 June 2024, IBM released IBM Maximo IT version 9.0 which is an add-on to the Manage application in Maximo Application Suite.
Content
Maximo IT 9.0 comes with the following new features:
- New Service view and Service Insights application in Maximo IT
- Service View application access via API
- Watson integration with Maximo IT
- Slack integration with Maximo IT
- Asset view in Self Serve
- Self Serve Mobile view
- Maximo IT compatible with Transportation and ACM
- AppPoints configuration for Maximo IT
The following APARs and known issues were fixed in Maximo IT 9.0:

| IJ49566 | Service Desk | Ticket templates incorrectly crossing over the CLASSIFICATIONID |
| IJ49474 | Service Request Catalog | Sigoption condition is not evaluated in VIEWAPPSR application |
| DT364045 | Self Serve | Self Serve application takes time to load |
| IJ49166 | Offering Catalog | Add offering to catalog throws an error |
| IJ49573 | Lucene Search | Search in offer is not working |
