Problem
After installing IBM Lotus Forms Designer from the WebSphere Business Modeler launchpad, the IBM Lotus Forms Viewer installer does not launch.
Symptom
After selecting the installation directory for IBM Lotus Forms Viewer, the selection dialog closes without launching the installer.
Resolving The Problem
IBM Lotus Forms Viewer can be installed in 2 ways:
- Restart the WebSphere Business Modeler launchpad and select the option to install IBM Lotus Forms Viewer.
- Navigate to the folder for IBM Lotus Forms Viewer installation files on your system. Then, launch the installation using the .exe file.
