Question
Am I able to update Java on Windows XP?
Cause
Windows XP users are often unable to update Java on their Operating System.
Answer
Windows XP is an outdated windows operating system. If you are unable to download Java, it may be due to the system being too old to run the program. You will need to access a different computer for the Java installation.
Please use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox as these are the supported browsers for the testing site. Unfortunately, our Java based assessments are not compatible with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (darker blue “E” icon).
