Page Frozen/Hanging OR Page Cannot Be Displayed

Resolving The Problem

If your page is stuck or you receive the message that says "Page Cannot Be Displayed" please ensure that you have a stable internet connection. If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to clear the cache and cookies from your web browser, to continue the assessment. Please Safely Exit the Assessment before following the troubleshooting steps provided for your operating system and web browser.
