Question

How do I recover my login credentials or Having a login issue ?

Answer

We are a third party  company that assists with technical support for the assessment portion of the application. Unfortunately , we do not have the administrative access to unlock the account or reset your login credentials. If you are having issues logging into your account, we recommend that you try the "Forgot Password" option to recover your login credentials or reset your password. Please ensure that you check any email account you may have used, when setting up your profile.

If you are still unable to login to your account , we recommend reaching out to the location/company for which you are applying directly for assistance.
