Overview

The Continuous Delivery Lifecycle Policy allows some product-specific flexibility while still setting a consistent base expectation for support.
The following details provide additional information specific to IBM Instana Observability Self-Hosted. 
 

Important support policy details

Versioning Model
IBM Instana Observability Self-Hosted follows a loose semantic versioning scheme.  Thus 1.0.193 breaks down as follows:

When the number to the right of Release changes, it simply represents an update package.  Because of this, the lifecycle is not reset by delivery of these updates.  
The update identifier, update type, general availability date and the availability of fixes is shown in the table below.
