Resolving The Problem
Drop the data source and load it again
- Open Information Analyzer console, select Home > Configuration > Sources

- Click data source on the left side of the pane that error was encountered--UNKNOWN used for demonstration

- Click delete on the right pane side of the pane to delete and follow prompts to delete data source.

- Add data source again. See "Configuring IBM InfoSphere Information Analyzer" in related information section below for more information.
- Set the Update Existing Tables option on the column analysis pane to "No" and run column analysis again to verify if previous columns that generated "Error Encountered" instead of "Analyzed".
NOTE: If Column Analysis was previously run, tables for the column might already exist. Use this option and select Yes. If you choose No and tables exist with user analysis decisions, those analysis decisions (such as valid or invalid values, selected data type or length) will be lost
- Perform previous steps to run column analysis again. See "Running a column analysis job" in related information section below for more information.
