IBM InfoSphere CDC: Import/export subscriptions with alias result in Error Undefined Column name

Problem

Subscription generated with previous version of IBM InfoSphere Change Data Capture where the original subscriptions are from Transaction Server 5.4 experience an error. During the migration/upgrade process of the original subscriptions, the subscription still contain alias info in the mapping and this information was exported to the XML file. During the messaging of the import, the alias name in the mapping is used for the target to look up the published source columns and finds no match. All column mapping tags that refer to alias need to be modified.

Symptom

Importing the subscriptions to IBM InfoSphere Change Data Capture Management Console V65 results in Error Undefined column name <name>.
