Question

How do I allow my users access to specific cases in an i2 iBase case contolled database?

Answer

1) Log into your database in iBase Designer
2) Expand your Cases in the left hand panel.
3) Right click on a Case and click Edit
4) Select the Users tab and select your colleague from the list of users then click the Add button. They should move to the list of Users that can access this Case list. Click OK.
5) Close the database in Designer and ask your colleague to log into the database in iBase.
6) The Case we just gave them permission to should now appear in the list and be accessible.
7) To facilitate searching across cases, check the Multi-Case Analysis box.
