At various stages of using IBM i2 Analyst's Notebook, including launching and opening charts, you receive a message dialog saying 'Encountered an improper argument'.

Cause
Corrupt entry in the user's registry for IBM i2 Analyst's Notebook.
Resolving The Problem
Delete the following Registry key for the affected user: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\i2\Analyst's Notebook 7
This key is recreated automatically when the user logs back into the application.
