IBM i Integrated Server Support is enhanced to provide support for iSCSI direct connect, which eliminates the requirement for a switch between an IBM i iSCSI hardware target (iSCSI HBA) and a BladeCenter® blade or System x® iSCSI initiator adapter.
The following IBM i PTF groups are used to deliver this enhancement:
