Troubleshooting
Problem
You are unable to access the CQWeb server using the url - https://<CQWeb server host name>/cqweb.
You see that the IBM HTTP Server (IHS) service is stopped in Services console.
Trying to start / restart IHS service throws the error message as mentioned below:
Symptom
The IHS service in Services console is in Stopped status and could not be started / restarted.
